Ingredients

  • 1Aged Rum
  • 2Baileys Irish Cream
  • 3Blackberries
  • 4Juniper Berries
  • 5Soda Water
  • 6Fresh Mint

Instructions

    Muddle 5 blackberries and 2 juniper berries in a shaker.

    Add 50 ml aged rum and 30 ml Baileys Irish Cream to the shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

    Double strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
