The Cantaloupe & Lillet Fizz is a refreshing cocktail that beautifully balances the sweetness of ripe cantaloupe with the floral, herbaceous notes of Lillet Blanc and the clean spirit of white rum. It’s a perfect drink to enjoy on a warm day or at an outdoor gathering, bringing a hint of elegance with its vibrant colors and fresh ingredients.

- 3Cantaloupe
- 4Soda Water
- 5Mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh using a melon baller or spoon.

Puree the cantaloupe flesh in a blender until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or container to yield about 150 ml of juice.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the white rum (60 ml) and Lillet Blanc (30 ml).

Add the cantaloupe juice (150 ml) to the shaker and shake gently to mix.

Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice, and top with a splash of soda water.

Garnish with a cantaloupe ball and a sprig of mint.
