The Fig & Cacao Fizz is a sophisticated cocktail that marries the rich flavors of aged rum and crème de cacao with the sweetness of fresh figs, topped with effervescent Cava to create a delightful and refreshing drink. Ingredients

  • 1Aged Rum
  • 2Crème de Cacao
  • 3Fig
  • 4Cava
  • 5Lemon Juice

Instructions

    In a shaker, muddle 1 ripe fig until it is well mashed.

    Add 45 ml (1.5 oz) aged rum, 15 ml (0.5 oz) crème de cacao, and a splash of lemon juice to the shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

    Strain the mixture into a chilled flute or coupe glass.

    Top up with 90 ml (3 oz) of chilled Cava.
